SecondCue is an independent rehearsal and time-reference utility. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully, to follow each ticket or service provider's official rules, and to understand the limits described here. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

SecondCue does not log into real ticket sites, join real waiting rooms, reserve inventory, place orders, or process ticket payments. Practice names, layouts, queues, seat maps, and checkout screens are fictional. Their presence does not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by a ticket provider, artist, venue, or brand.

Displayed offsets, latency, jitter, countdowns, site Date headers, reminders, strong alerts, and Live Activities are informational aids. Network conditions, operating-system scheduling, provider rules, inventory, queues, and site behavior are outside SecondCue's control. No alert time, queue position, availability, reservation, or purchase outcome is guaranteed.

SecondCue has no paid subscription or in-app unlock. A practice pass is consumed when a rehearsal starts. Passes recharge over time, and an optional rewarded ad can add passes sooner. Practice passes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Do not use SecondCue to probe private networks, automate a provider, bypass a queue or access control, abuse advertising, infringe rights, or interfere with a third-party service. You remain responsible for verifying official sale information, prices, rules, time zones, and accepted payment methods.

Features and these terms may change to reflect platform, product, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
