SecondCue estimates an offset from several public time samples, then shows the observed round-trip delay and jitter. Sync shortly before a critical event and keep a stable connection.

The app cannot know when a provider actually releases inventory, updates a queue, or accepts a request. HTTP Date headers have one-second precision and may come from a CDN or cache.

If an alert is missing, check iOS notification permission, Focus modes, battery state, and the event's announced time zone. Strong alerts use the most prominent supported platform alert, but the operating system still controls delivery.

Live Activities require a supported iPhone and iOS version. They are a convenience display, not a guaranteed alarm.

You can hold up to five practice passes. One pass recharges every two hours. A full or focused rehearsal uses one pass when it starts.

If you want to practice sooner, you can voluntarily watch one rewarded ad to add three passes. A failed or unfinished ad never removes an existing pass.

SecondCue uses Google Mobile Ads. Where Google's consent system requires it, Settings → Time & privacy shows an Ad privacy choices entry. Ads never interrupt an active rehearsal or the final 15 minutes before a saved event.

Every rehearsal site, queue, seat map, order review, and payment step inside Practice is fictional. The checkout always represents a zero-charge simulation. SecondCue never logs into a provider, holds inventory, submits a card, or reserves a seat.

Delete saved events from their event menu. To remove settings and practice history too, delete SecondCue from the device. There is no SecondCue server account to close. Apple-managed device backups follow your iCloud or computer backup settings.
